Tech Problems 2.7 I have (on and off) for the past week or 2 been working on a side project to turn some .avi's into a proper DVD for a friend of dads. A theoretically simple operation to make a ten year old kid happy. turns out its not as easy as just straight file conversion. anyway, skipping the technicality's I found a programme 5 days ago to do the job. it didn't work the first time and I haven't had chance to try again until today. after my forth attempt I looked at the settings... and... well... it doesn't burn the DVD by default.
Some complete retard, has made a fairly fancy piece of software that doesn't actually preform its one and only function unless you sift through the menu and check the box.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the digital age. when machines walk the earth and humans are an endangered species, I just want you to remember that it all started here, with machine being programmed by idiots not to do what there meant to.
