hmmm
ok, well, i have put on a stone.. and i have no idea how.. or where!.. i mean.. i dont think i eat too badly.. i eat mainly fruit and veg.. dont tend to eat much sweet stuff..
i dont do much exercise, and i should do more, but i do quite a bit of walking anyway, and i walk pretty fast too (which is better for burning Kcals,) also i have been cycling sometimes too..
thing is. no matter what i do, what i eat, how much exercise i do.. i dont tend to lose weight.. im really not sure what is going on.. :S i wish it was just a case of me binging, cos at least i would know the cause!.. but its not..
im starting to wonder if its anything to do with my meds.. or something else.. i mean.. my periods are all over the place all the time.. and yeah.. i have been tested for polycistic ovaries and it came back clear.. but im wondering if i should speak to my doctor.. cos atm, its really bothering me. i have tried different diets and stuff and nothing has worked.. not even a diet that is what they give people to lose a stone in a week when they are about to have surgery!.. i didnt lose anything.. yet i stuck to it really well.. (which mean i could only drink grapefruit juice and water for a week!!!)
i know i eat pretty healthily.. cos i know that certain things are completely as they should be (trying not to go into detail but making sure people know what im on about!)
but yeah.. im confused and it is really getting to me.. and im really starting to think people are lying to me.. when i say that i look like i should be a size 24+ and it makes me wonder if people are putting different lables in the jeans i buy.. cos obviously im not a size 14.. hmmm
