…
that sounds like an extreme diet. here is a list of the ones i have tried...
- slimming world (very effective if u stick to it, supportive, long term, aimed at changing eating habits for life, u can eat as much as u like as long as its on the list of 'free foods', and you have green days where u eat veg and pasta but no meat, then red days where u eat loads of meat, but no potatoes or pasta, although u can eat most veggies on this day).
- slim fast (u drink a can instead of a meal for two meals, and then the third you eat what u like basically. pretty effective, but dull and monotonous, also, the drinks tend to make ur digestive system suffer from gas! however, the drinks do taste nice ).
- cabbage tablets diet (basically u have a drink of water, and a huge smelly green tablet, and they mix in ur stomach to make soup and it fills u up. very dull and boring and only relief is evening meal where u can what u like ).
- weightwatchers (basically slimming world but different points system and they do their own meals where points are already worked out for you. pretty easy but smallish portions so vaguely wonder about how people meant to eat so small, and resist snacking...).
- IBS diet )basically this is my own diet where i cant eat certain foods as my body cant digest them. i put this down as a diet because since cutting out most wheat i am loosing weight at about a pound or two a fortnight. very slow, but steady, and weight isnt going bk on despite the fact i eat the foods i like but that are prob not good for me. so if u ate healthily and cut out wheat it would be a pretty decent diet i think) .
