… lol. its reiki. its so i can learn to do it on myself when my knees r bad. is £100 for the two days and lunch is included which is also bugging me because i have to watch what i eat weight wise and ibs wise so its gonna be fun fun fun. but im really hoping it will be a useful skill and ill be able to give myself pain relief. xxxxxxx

and also.. when u next have a patner.. u can teach them to do it.. so they can do it for u hehe..

… first day was good really enjoyed it tho could have done without feeling throughout the day. tabby, it would b good if someone else could do it for me but the problem is u need to go through attunement to be able to do it. which presents a problem...but if i do level three, then i can attune people xxxx
